An Attempt At Gratefulness

Bismillah...

I'm grateful for the whispers that make me call out GOD's name;

I'm grateful my moral consciousness allows me to feel shame...

I'm grateful I'm not perfect and flawless I'll never be;

I'm grateful my only hope lies in the mercy of the ALMIGHTY...

I'm grateful for the lessons that benefit my soul;

I'm grateful for the struggle of remembering GOD's in full control...

I'm grateful this life is not the end, but only the beginning,

I'm grateful I was chosen for this path despite my constant sinning...

I'm grateful for the knowledge that I'll never be grateful enough;

I'm grateful that even though I fall short GOD's love is never tough...

I'm grateful for this chance to share my attempts of gratitude with you;

I'm grateful these thoughts may just encourage another to be grateful too...
