Faith in the Faithful...

Bismillah...

May my face reflect my faith in the Faithful...

May my love for this ONE be seen as deserving, not boastful...

Truly on HIS truth I can always depend;

HE is my one and only, my truest friend...

The tears I shower HE pleasingly receives;

HE comforts my heart when at times it grieves...

May you too come to know and love the most Faithful one of all;

For HE is ALLAH the ALMIGHTY and for HIM alone into prostration I fall...Ya Rabbi...Amelah E.

Abandoned Post...

Bismillah...

It may be naive for me to ask,

and I probably should focus on my immediate task,

but I must know, "Now that you are gone, who is going to man your post?"

Wasn't it your choice to come and lead,

as you portrayed yourself as one from that special breed,

but now that you've just up and walked away "who is going to man your post?"

Another child's heart left to bleed,

by a father searching to fulfill some dysfunctional need,

who never asked himself the question, "once I'm gone, who's going to man my post?"

By default I guess that's me,

and I will constantly pray to my LORD the Almighty;

to give me the strength, courage, and patience to wo-Man your post!!!
