Solution Prayer

Bismillah...

I am not going to lie, I have no idea what to do;

how can I possibly help the countless number of you...

So much innocence is being killed by members of my land;

I can't help but wonder, "Does it matters if I sit or if I stand..."

GOD please guide my steps to a much needed solution;

this Ummah needs much more than prayer after ablution...

With my stomach tied in knots I hold back my shame;

my tears form but hide from those I can't give a name;

My neighborhood's annoyance would be a safe haven for many;

just as my meager filled cupboards, for a displaced family, would be plenty...

GOD please guide my steps to a much needed solution;

our ummah needs much more than prayer after ablution...

How will I ever rest again in my secure peaceful calm;

knowing fear filled people lie awaiting their next bomb...

A fight in the name of freedom that has yet to free a soul;

has nothing to do with right(s) & everything to do with control...

The elite want to control the riches but the devil desires so much more;

man mines for material gain while the devil to make man spiritually poor...

Much is a manifestation of what was foretold by our Nabi;

To be of the weakest of faith has never set well in my heart;

for it's my heart which compels me to seek to do my part...

There are protest on every front and petitions at every turn;

the lack of change isn't due to the lack of human concern...

not to mention the solace this connection to GOD brings...
